UI-PHG

To install, copy UIPHG.EXE and UIPHG.XTR to your UI-View directory.
UIPHG.XTR allows UI-RGate to be run from the UI-View File menu.

UI-PHG is an add-on for UI-View32 that can draw (P)ower, (H)eight,
(G)ain (and direction) circles on the UI-View map for stations
reporting this information (PHGphgd). PHG is an estimate of the
station's coverage area and can be used for a number of network
management tasks and for estimating a needed path.
Requires UI-View32 version 2.03.

Version History
===============
1.2.7
minor bug fix and hint text changes.

1.2.6
moved feature added in version 1.2.4 to popup menu item called
"Locate" to avoid problem when selecting an object for
    removal.

1.2.5
range circles based on PHG data found in locations other than
immediately after the symbol character are now drawn using
gray as the color. This indicates that the PHG data position
in the packet does not conform to the ARPS specification.
It's likely that other ARPS sofware will not display range
    circles for this same packet.

1.2.4
clicking an item in the station list will flash the range circle
for that item on the map - to hlep locate the correct circle.

1.2.3
fixed bug where CW and other TCPIP only stations were being
plotted with default PHG. These are now excluded unless the
packet includes a valid PHG string.

1.2.2
the ui-phg packet parser will now look for PHG data (PHGphgd only)
anywhere in the packet comment. If at all possible the PHG
string should still be placed immediately after the symbol
character to maintain compatibility with APRS compliant software.
added option to control the number of mintues a received station
will be kept in the station list before it is removed - expired.

1.2.1
fixed a bug that incorrectly parsed packets with UI-View inserted
<UI> tags in the digi list of the packet. These tags appear to
be present when UI-View is connect to a TNC in KISS mode. This
    includes when connected via AGWPE.

1.2.0
on startup, now read ui-view's station list to initialize the
internal cache of stations - no more waiting for information!
Information about objects must still be heard after ui-phg
    has been started.
default PHG data for non mobile station was changed to 10W,
20' height, 3 db and omni
added right-click menu option "Remove" that removes the selected
station from the station list (until heard again)
the color used to draw circles for stations with no PHG data is
    purple (fuchsia)
don't draw range circles if the circle diameter is less than 2%
of the current map height. Keeps circle from covering the icon

1.1.0
added support for Mic-E compressed reports
added button to clear the station list
added option to draw range circles for stations that don't
supply PHG information (Draw Default PHG). Previously
    these were always drawn.
updated hint text (shows near bottom of program window)

1.0.0 - 1.0.4
circle offset for directional antennas fixed
regional decimal character problem in NMEA strings fixed
