Telemetry
This page decodes all the telemetry for ANDE side B over the last week. The first value
is the Frame counter which begins every time ANDE-2 wakes up. It counts once per minute
unless high rate telemetry is set, then it counts up every 10 seconds.
Bat A temp has a known sensor low-value anomoly. Consider the higher value only. The other values
are self explanatory.
Note that side B is only woken by command stations and so data is much more sparse.
